Hammer Builders is a member of the Focus on Energy New Homes Program and proud to offer new homes that have earned the Focus on Energy certification. Our homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to minimum code requirements. Each certified home is independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet Focus on Energy New Homes Program energy efficiency guidelines. This makes your new home better for the environment and better for you.

We like to start working with our clients during the design/planning phase of the home building or remodeling project. We encourage making living space functional and limiting wasted space and materials, while at the same time creating a high quality, beautiful home.

We provide very fair and straight-forward pricing. Our bids are well thought-out and are based on what you actually want in your home, rather than providing a lower bid with minimal features and later adding on thousands of dollars worth of add-ons during constrcution. We provide credit back to the Client when allowance costs are under the contract value.

During the building process, we work with you every step of the way. Our approach to home construction management is very organized and involves a lot of communication. We are constantly talking to the Client, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the entire home building process to make sure your project is on time and on budget. Our goal is to make every Client's home-building experience pleasant, and for you to be happy with your home for years to come.

A one-year builder warranty is included with all of our home construction or remodeling projects, in addition to the manufacturer warranties which come with the components we put into your home.
