Hammer Builders is owned and operated by Cindy Hammer and is located Evansville, Wisconsin. We’ve been building quality homes in Evansville and the surrounding area since 2004. We are in touch with new technology and use the best building practices and materials that your budget will allow. Hammer Builders is a member of the ENERGY STAR® Homes Program and the Wisconsin Green Built Home Program. We are proud to offer new homes that have earned the ENERGY STAR® label. ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR energy efficiency guidelines. These homes are better for the environment and better for you.

We like to start working with our clients during the design/planning phase of the project. Our specialty is making living space functional and limiting wasted space and materials, while at the same time creating a high quality, beautiful home. It is so important to know and understand your options and the cost impact of certain design features before you finalize a plan for bids.

We provide very fair and straight-forward pricing. Our bids are well thought-out during the design/planning stage. Bids are based on what you actually want in your home, rather than providing a bid with minimal features and later adding on thousands of dollars worth of add-ons. We provide credit back to the Client when any cost of an allowance item is under the contract allowance.

During the building process, we work with you every step of the way. Our approach to professional construction management is very organized and involves a lot of communication. We are constantly talking to the Client, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the entire process. We put extra time and effort into facilitating the process so it is less stressful for you. Our goal is to make every a Client's home-building experience pleasant, and for you to be happy with your home for years to come. Our mission is to use the best practices and materials available to make your home the best it can be within your budget.

We are in touch with new technology and new building practices and pass this knowledge on to our client so you can make educated decisions on design and material selections. We want our client to be comfortable with the building process and never feel intimidated. Customer service always comes first in our mind (references available upon request).

A one-year builder warranty is included, in addition to the excellent manufacturer warranties which come with the components we put into your home. We stand behind those warranties and provide timely, courteous service in the rare event that a warranty issue arises.
