Can we “shop around” to find the best materials and prices?
A: At Hammer Builders we have
established relationships with certain suppliers and subcontractors that deliver
very good products/services at very good prices.
We encourage our Clients to make selections from the businesses we use so
you do get the best value for your dollar.
This also makes the process flow more smoothly.
The more “shopping around” the Client does, the longer the whole process
takes (and sometimes you run into “not so good” materials and/or subcontractors
after all). On the other hand, if
the Client wants to use a specific product or subcontractor we are flexible on a
case by case basis.
