project to the extent that the Client is willing.
Since some of these special features and building practices do come at an
upfront
cost, the Client can pick and choose options after we discuss the advantages and
costs of each option.
We encourage our Clients to realize the benefit of
paying for these costs upfront so they can feel good about their impact on energy
and resource conservation, and also enjoy savings on energy costs from the day
they move into their new home and for many years to come.
