Phase I Completed Spring 2010 in Evansville, Wisconsin. Kitchen remodel including replacing windows with ENERGY STAR® rated high efficiency windows. Removed hinged door and installed high efficiency sliding glass door. Gutted kitchen and dining room, insulated, and finished and painted walls. Installed recessed lights, kitchen cabinets and marble countertops. Refinished oak flooring. Installed new base, casing, and crown molding.

Phase II Completed Fall 2010 in Evansville, Wisconsin. Family Room remodel included gutting entire room. Electric and HVAC supply and return air, insulation, arched opening to room, drywall, finishing and painting, window casing, base trim, and crown molding. Added Heat N Glo Slimline 350 SL gas fireplace with marble and custom surround. Topped off with higher end plush carpet and new ceiling fan.
In October 2011 we completed two new homes in Beloit for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Beloit, Inc., a nonprofit company dedicated to strengthening neighborhoods by providing affordable home buying opportunities and related homeownership services.
We have recently completed substantial remodeling projects in Orfordville and Monona and are currently working on several nice remodeling projects in Madison, Monona, and Black Earth. We are working on plans for a few potential new construction projects to start in the Spring/Summer of 2012. Start planning now for breaking ground in Spring/Summer of 2012.
